Kidney acts as a very efficient filter which filters the toxic substances from the body and returning vitamins, minerals ,amino acids ,glucose again to the blood stream . Kidney’s have semi permeable structure which allows only certain substances to pass through it and allows the toxic substances to get filtered out form the body .
